The system
A platform that provides a sophisticated system to systematically migrate hundreds of thousands of clients - belonging to a business - from their legacy platform to their modern platform. The migration system self-monitors performance to dynamically determine the peak speeds of data transfer, at differing times of the day, day on day. It integrates with a suite of different third party systems to comprehensively analyse the data and transform it accordingly across the platforms.
What we built

Several levels of validations are performed to detect corrupt source data.
An auto-scaling system analyses third party systems' performance to detect how fast the migration system is allowed to run, for peak efficiency.
Circuit breaking systems auto detect issues and halt processes for performance assessments to be undertaken.
Multiple workflows are configured as event-driven processes, to auto kickoff different types of migrations when preceding migrations are complete.
Portal provides extensive reporting, dashboards, user and role management, preferences, and much more.
