For instance, the AI chat feature: all sessions aren't merely all lumped together — Support staff shouldn't see chat sessions from Legal. As such, the web portal allows you to create departments, then assign user-teams and session-groups per department. This not only allows chat-sessions to be organised into groups, but restricts users to share sessions within their department only.

Whilst everyone now builds software with AI — the danger is "vibe coding" — outputs not reviewed by humans, usually resulting in AI slop; a system that will collapse under pressure. To avoid this, we implement a custom development process:

Our AI CODING agents are harnessed by hundreds of our own architectural patterns, exhaustively refined over our careers. We also review all code to prohibit deviation in engineering quality that AIs can suffer over a project lifecycle.

03 · R&D Tax Incentive
The Australian R&D Tax Incentive applies to eligible R&D activity conducted in Australia. Development done overseas does not qualify, which quietly removes the option for most vendors, because the offshore team is the model.
Ours is done here. That alone does not make your project eligible — eligibility depends on the nature of the project — but it does mean the question is worth asking rather than the door closed before it starts.
