The system
A family calendar app - available in a desktop browser, tablet apps and mobile apps - provides a family with enhanced scheduling. A calendar allows each family member to manage their own/family schedules for different periods. Synchronising to 3rd party calendars; support for term sporting events; unique functionality to make other family members aware of events they are not attending; a comprehensive shopping list that tracks preferred shops and avoids re-purchasing recently purchased food; extensive communication about upcoming events and so much more.

A comprehensive task management system that tracks tasks across groups, identifies those due 'some-day' vs a specific deadline
A shopping list for the whole family, able to track preferred stores per item, re-purchased items, and avoids re-purchasing items that were purchased recently
A chat system that is divided into upcoming events to allow family members to coordinate
A dashboard outlining upcoming events, outstanding tasks, items to be purchased, unread messages and more.
Ability to manage schedules for family members without their own login (eg: children, cleaner), with ability to invite to become users.
Portal provides extensive reporting, dashboards, user and role management, preferences, and much more.
