A web portal allowing businesses to define services in a registry, allowing the public to search and book corresponding service providers, based on a plethora of search criteria.
The system
The platform integrates to a point of sale system used by more than 20,000 businesses in a given industry, whereby it is able to fetch services with matching dimensions such as complexity, expertise of staff members, durations, and availabilities in their calendar. Businesses register with the platform to expose which services can be publicly booked. The platform then offers a public search page to allow the public to search for services and book appointments, which integrates directly to each business' service calendar.
What we built
A web portal that allows businesses - as service providers - to integrate to their existing point of sale, to expose services that can be booked on a public facing services directory.
The web portal also provides a public facing services directory, for customers to perform searches to book appointments at a given service provider.
Comprehensive logic to match appointment slots with specific services, taking into account factors such as availabilities, durations, service complexity, staff expertise levels and many more.
Portal provides extensive reporting, dashboards, user and role management, preferences, and much more.
