A web portal allowing staff of a corporation to provide feedback on surveys, regarding how their department/business is performing. The platform is designed for touch screen for easy responses, and implements a unique survey-branching architecture.
The system
Staff visit the platform to give feedback on HR-driven surveys. The platform uses an industry-standard 7-star rating principle, allowing users to dig progressively deeper into feedback for a survey, with the ability to abandon at any point - whereby the system calculates averages as it progresses, detects trends to fire management notifications, and more.
What we built
A web portal that provides a comprehensive administration section to create surveys, define varying branch-depths, and subbranches. Surveys are versioned and different versions are publishable.
The web portal also offers a staff-facing UI, with different surveys available - with the unique aspect that a staff member can choose to answer a survey to only the depth that they are comfortable to answer.
Triggers can be assigned to key questions to notify management of trends that deviate from standard deviations.
Portal provides extensive reporting, dashboards, user and role management, preferences, and much more.
