A platform that provides police management the ability to create a comprehensive tree of caller-statements, police questions and potential caller responses - in order to collect all relevant information from a caller, as well as determine key responses that should trigger other systems to dispatch an ambulance, police or fire truck. The platform is then used by 000 police operators upon incoming calls.
